Microsoft’s pricing is structured to offer flexibility. You can choose an annual subscription and pay £296.40 per user per year, or opt for a monthly payment plan with an annual commitment for £24.70 per user per month. Please note that VAT is not included in these prices.

Copilot Licensing

Microsoft 365 Copilot is available to users on a variety of eligible plans, including Microsoft 365 E3, E5, A3, and A5, as well as Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Premium and Office 365 E3, E5, A3, and A5. Additional plans, such as Microsoft 365 F1, F3, Office 365 E1, and Microsoft 365 Business Basic, are expected to gain access to Copilot in the near future. There’s no minimum license requirement, allowing users to start with just one license and assign a Copilot license alongside their existing eligible Microsoft 365 plan license.

Educational Customers: As of June 12, 2024, educational institutions can purchase Copilot for Microsoft 365 as a paid add-on to enhance their existing Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

Personal and Family: As of January 15, 2024, individuals and families can access Copilot Pro, a standalone version of Copilot for personal use. While Copilot Pro offers similar features to Copilot for Microsoft 365, it’s not integrated within all Microsoft applications. Copilot Pro is available as a paid add-on purchase.
