Today, Lepide announced the launch of the latest version of their award-winning auditing and monitoring solution, LepideAuditor. With each new release, steps have been made to improve the all-round functionality and provide even more value to users. 18.3 is a testament to that vision, introducing multiple new auditing features, as well as a new cloud platform in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3.

LepideAuditor now allows you to monitor multiple systems and computers and record sessions so that you can actually see what your users get up to with your data. The monitoring is invisible to the user and automatically begins as soon as the systems are started. You can also take action if you see something you don’t like, sending warning messages to specific users or periodically displaying custom pop-ups.

You can now integrate LepideAuditor with any SIEM solution, including Splunk, LogRhythm, IBM QRadar and more. You can also have multiple SIEM integrations running simultaneously. This integration will help you protect your SIEM investments by allowing you to send specific events from LepideAuditor to your SIEM solution to simplify response automation to potential security threats.

More granularity has also been given to the User Behaviour Reports in the form of two new columns; Content Type and Risk Level.

In addition to these new features, Lepide have now added Amazon S3 to their cloud auditing portfolio. Easily determine who is accessing critical data in AWS S3 Buckets and how users are interacting with the data shared within them. You will also be able to determine whether any unauthorized changes have taken place to the Access Control Lists surrounding the data to help you prevent privilege abuse.
