LepideAuditor 19.2 Improves Upon Data Discovery by Removing False Positives

Today, Lepide released version 19.2 of their award-winning Data Security Platform. In this release, significant enhancements have been made to the Data Discovery and Classification, Permissions and Behavioral Analytics functionality.

Introduced into the latest version of LepideAuditor is a proximity scanning mechanism that allows users to include/exclude certain words or phrases to filter out false positives. Users can even combine multiple patterns together and search by keyword to ensure that Lepide offers the most customizable, flexible handling of false positives in the industry today.

Other additions and improvements include:

  • Classify data in NetApp.
  • Permissions scanning for Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online mailboxes.
  • Several new reports for password changes, object permissions and logon activity.
  • Other minor improvements to functionality.
